Ceremonial Breathwork Deep Dive

You are invited into a powerful evening of transformation, connection, and deep inner exploration.

This ceremonial journey is designed as a safe and intentional space to soften, open, and travel inward through the medicine of breath, sound, movement, and presence.

We begin by gently opening the space with CACAO & 🍄 , allowing the heart to awaken and the body to soften. From here, you will be guided into an immersive breath work journey, a deep dive into your inner landscape where emotions, insights, and energy can move and release.

As the energy builds and shifts, we transition into movement and dance an opportunity to express, integrate, and embody all that has been activated.

From there, you will be invited to fully surrender into a grounding sound journey, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to deeply receive and integrate.

To close the evening, we gather in connection, sharing space, presence, and nourishment with a warm soup and gentle landing, supporting a soft return from the journey.
