Join us for an evening of Ceremonial cacao, movement, music, sauna, and heartfelt connection as we gather under the energy of the Full Moon.
This gathering is an invitation to step out of the mind and into the body. To reconnect with your heart, your voice, your joy, and your aliveness. Through cacao, authentic connection, music, and free movement, we create a space where every part of you is welcome.
Together we will slow down, open our hearts, move what wants to move, release what no longer serves, and celebrate the simple magic of being alive.
The Journey
🔥 Sauna Ritual (during the day)
For those who wish to join, the day begins with a nourishing sauna experience to reconnect with our vitality before the evening gathering.
🍫 18:00 – Cacao Ceremony
We gather in circle with ceremonial cacao, setting intentions beneath the Full Moon. Through gentle guidance, sharing, breath, and connection, we invite ourselves to arrive fully in the present moment and open the doorway to a deeper experience of ourselves and each other.
💃 19:00 – Ecstatic Dance
From the circle, we move into a guided ecstatic dance journey. No choreography, no expectations, no need to perform. Simply an invitation to listen to your body and allow movement to become your medicine, your prayer, and your celebration.
Together we will explore freedom of expression, playfulness, release, connection, and joy through music and movement.

Bring: Water bottle, towel for sauna, comfortable clothes for movement, water bottle, layers for outdoors, and anything that helps you feel cozy and present.
