We begin with sacred CEREMONIAL GRADE CACAO,
a gentle opening of the heart.
A moment to set intentions,
to listen inward & to soften into presence.

As the moon rises,
the music calls us into movement.
ECSTATIC DANCE JOURNEY - free, wild, tender, and raw.
No steps to follow, no words to speak,
only the language of the body
remembering how to be alive.

And when the dance dissolves,
we are held in sound.
Healing vibrations washing through our bones and breath,
guiding us into deep rest and integration.
A SOUND BATH to seal the journey,
allowing everything to land gently.
