On the day when light and darkness meet in perfect balance, we gather to honor the turning of the wheel and the quiet rebirth of the Earth.
The Spring Equinox is a sacred threshold, a moment to pause, release what has been carried through the long winter, and open ourselves to the light that is returning.
Together we will move through a journey of warmth, presence, and connection.
2:00 PM Sauna Ritual
We begin with heat and steam, allowing the body to soften and the mind to clear. The sauna becomes a space of purification a place to sweat out the old season and prepare the body for renewal.
4:30 PM Cacao Ceremony
We gather in circle with ceremonial cacao, opening the heart and setting intentions for the season ahead. Through stillness, reflection, and shared presence, we welcome the energy of growth, clarity, and new beginnings.
As evening arrives, we will light a fire, share a nourishing dinner, and sit together in warmth and community honoring the balance of the Equinox and the light that is slowly returning to the world and within ourselves.
This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with nature’s rhythm, and step consciously into the new season.
