New Year’s Day Ritual ✨ January 1st, 2026

You’re warmly invited to begin the new year in presence, cleansing, connection and intention.

On January 1st, 2026, we’ll gather to gently shed the old and welcome what’s ahead through heat, heart, and community.

✨ 2:00 PM – Sauna

We begin with a sauna session to sweat, release, and cleanse - allowing the body to let go of the past year and create space for the new.

✨ 4:30 PM – Cacao Ceremony

After sweating, we’ll come together in an intentional cacao ceremony. Guided reflection, heart-opening cacao ceremony, and intention-setting will support us in tuning into how we want to walk into 2026.

✨ Dinner to follow

We’ll close the evening by sharing a nourishing meal together - grounding the ritual in warmth and connection.

This gathering is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and consciously set the tone for the year ahead.
