For over 13 years, I have been holding weekly Sunday cacao ceremonies as a living prayer for community, authenticity, and heart-led connection.
These gatherings are created as sacred spaces to slow down, soften, and remember. To return to the heart. To choose love over fear. To listen inwardly and reconnect with what is true.
We are not here to fit into an old world that is dissolving. We are here to co-create a new one - rooted in unity, compassion, and heart-centered consciousness. When we gather with intention, presence, and sincerity, something ancient and powerful awakens within us.
The Journey
From 14:00 - 16:00 PM We begin with a sauna ritual and cold plunge, allowing the body to release, cleanse, and reset. Through heat and cold, we awaken our vitality, strengthen our nervous system, and arrive fully into the present moment.
From 16:30 - 19:00PM From there, we move into the temple space for a sacred cacao ceremony. Guided by the heart-opening medicine of cacao, we journey inward, connecting to our inner source, our truth, and the divine intelligence that lives within us all. This is a space of stillness, reflection, and remembrance.
As the ceremony unfolds, I will guide you on a live sound healing journey, playing multiple instruments to support your inner journey. Sound becomes a bridge, clearing stagnant energy, opening subtle channels, and gently lifting our collective frequency into harmony.
We close the day by grounding together with a nourishing vegan meal, allowing time for integration, embodiment, and heartfelt connection with one another.
